Load-sharing VS. Load-balancing

What is exact definition of Load-sharing VS. Load-balancing in BGP world? It’s confused and bothered me, so I googled friendly Internet. I found more reasonable answer below.

Load sharing is the ability to distribute outgoing traffic (or influence the flow of incoming traffic) over multiple paths. Load balancing is the ability to split the load toward the same destination (host or IP ) over multiple paths.

Per above definition, Load sharing is better term for real BGP world due to more of routers are setting per- destination based routing.
